On this page, you will find all the information you need for your visit to 1711 Luxury Guest House. From check-in and check-out times to room cleaning, everything you need to know so that your stay will be as easy and relaxed as possible. General Information

1711 uses an online check-in method. You will be asked for your ID and credit card information during the reservation process.In the 3 days prior to your arrival, your card will be charged for the full amount of your reservation and you will receive the code to access your reserved room with all necessary directions to reach it.

Rate Flexible – 7 days

With this option you can cancel your reservation, free of charge, up to 7 days before your arrival. Beyond that time, the total amount of your reservation will not be refunded.

Rate Non-refundable

We ask for a pre-payment for your entire stay at the time of booking. The Non-Refundable rate, which can be activated up to 30 days before your arrival date, allows a 10% discount off the standard rate. In case of cancellation or no-show, the amount paid will not be refunded.

A cancellation is unpleasant both for guests and for us as the host. We appreciate that unforeseen events happen and sometimes a cancellation becomes necessary but we loathe having a room remain empty – especially when other guests who would have liked to book it have been turned away. For those choosing the flexible-7-day option, cancellation is free of charge if communicated in writing at least 7 days before the scheduled arrival date. For those who choose the non-refundable option, cancellation is free if it is made within 24 hours of booking. Beyond that time, 100% of your reservation will be charged.
To avoid any unpleasantness, we recommend that you take out trip cancellation insurance.

Prices are per room per day. The daily rate may vary depending on the season, length of stay or holiday period.
There is no tourist tax to pay.

The access code for the room will be active from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, until 11:00 a.m. on the day of your departure.
Check-out must be by 11:00 am.
It is possible to request early check-in and late check-out upon specific request and subject to availability, at an additional cost of 10€/hour. Early check-in starts at 12:00, late check-out ends at 14:00.

A crib or extra bed can be added in some rooms upon specific request and subject to availability. The crib or extra bed has an additional charge of €25 for the duration of the overnight stay.

While we deeply love animals, please note that 1711 Luxury Guest House is not suitable for hosting guests with pets.

To ensure the hygiene, safety and comfort of all guests, pets of any kind or size are not permitted in rooms or common areas.

We also clarify that we do not accept emotional support animals or pets with unofficial or non-legally recognized certifications. Only certified guide dogs for the blind are allowed, in accordance with Italian Law no. 37/1974.

In case of violation of this policy, including the undisclosed presence of pets, a penalty of €120 per day will be charged for each day the animal remains on the premises.

Every day we will come to make your bed, empty your baskets, replenish your coffee capsules and tea bags, and replace the towels you have purposely left on the floor.

For stays of more than seven nights, bed linen will be changed and the room cleaned once a week.
For stays of less than seven nights, cleaning and bed linen replacement will be done at the end of your stay.
Bed linen replacement can be requested at a cost of €25.

You can park for free in our private parking lot, which is about 200 meters from the Borgo.

There is an Enel X charging point for electric cars 300 meters from 1711.

In the entire structure you have free Wi-Fi at your disposal

Extra services:

Breakfast is included. The restaurant is inside the court, under the porch next to the main entrance.
Breakfast is available from Monday to Friday from 7:30 to 10:00, and on Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 to 10:30.

Each room is equipped with a mini-fridge, coffee maker and kettle. Complementary Nespresso capsules, tea bags, biscuits and chocolates, are provided and replenished daily.

If you need a place to relax, read a book, play board games or just chat with friends, you will find a cozy place here.
Free wi-fi is available in the Lounge, and it is an ideal place for those who need a quiet space to work.

If you want to take a bike ride along the banks of the lovely River Adda, you can rent e-bikes at our guest house. We recommend to book them in advance.
