1711: what has been a number for many years, for the D’Angelo family has been a sign of fate. In the village of Arlate, where the Luxury Guest House is located today, the finding of a Molera stone engraved with 1711 was the spark which brought a great dream to life. A dream to redevelop a fascinating court of medieval origin, which nowadays shines thanks to its restorations finished in 2008 by Rosa and Amedeo D’Angelo together with their daughters.

The structure represents the union of two souls: Il Portico, with six elegant rooms for long weekends to explore Brianza; Il Borgo, other six luxurious rooms and a conference room designed to accomodate guests seeking the perfect blend of business and leisure.

What both Il Portico and Il Borgo have in common is the striking attention to detail, which is found in the room’s decor – each one with its own personality – and the original features of the early 1700s that you can see while walking around the common areas.
